On the occasion of 81st birth anniversary of the founder and the inspirer of Yogi Divine Society, P.P.Hariprasadswamiji, a grand “Atmiya Youth Convention” was organized by Ghanshyam Pradesh, Mumbai between 6:30 PM & 10:00 PM on Sunday, the 10th May 2015 at Atmiyadham, Goregaon, Mumbai under the guidance from P.Bhaktipriyaswami, P.Haripriyaswami, President P.Shashikant Vora, P.Khushalbhai Kawa, P.Jivanlal Tank, P.Manibhai Haria, P.Krishnabhai Majithia and other elderly leaders in which, more than 7000 youths, ladies and elders had received very valuable guidance.

After taking the evening meals at 6.30 PM, everybody occupied his place in the sabha. The youths of Atmiya Sangeet Mandal highly delighted and entertained all the youths in the sabha by presenting the Youth Inspiring & Motivational kirtans-bhajans of their likes and choice. In his occasional forceful speech, a 22year old youth, Shri Meetbhai Parekh vividly presented a picture of unbelievable changes brought about in the life of a number of youths by their regularly attending weekly yuva sabhas under and as per the guidance, support and instructions of elders and regional saints as desired by P.P.Swamiji.

This was followed by a video presentation titled “Pearls Of Divine Touch”, arranged by shahishnu sevak Shri Nishkambhai, which very beautifully showed as to how P.P.Swamiji had brought about miraculous and unbelievably fantastic positive and appreciable changes in the life of thousands of people, from young children to old persons, simply by his divine touch during the last 50 years, playing a role of and acting as their mother, father, friend, philosopher, guide and, as a bhagavadi ->a spiritual guide in their life.

Then, P.Bhaktiswami,in his memorable speech, beautifully narrated the picture as to how, Lord Swaminarayan played a unique and incomparable role of real guide and savior in the life of a number of youths during his life time and made them happy in the real sense of the term. Citing the celebration of 10th May being Mother’s Day today in the entire world, he gave examples of present day time which showed and described as to how, saint like P.P.Swamiji plays a role of real Mother in our life and make us truly happy and thus, delighted and satisfied all the youths present there in the sabha.

This was followed by an address by an invited atmiya guest Shri Haribhau Bagadeji who, in his speech, expressed that, India is the only country in the world today, which has the maximum youth power wealth. He said, our nation being an agricultural leader, it also leads in the wealth in form of saints in the world and, the company of an able Guru like P.P.Swamiji is an inevitable factor in the life of every youth which can lead him on the correct path of his life and make his life a real success.

P.Bharatbhai, who specially came from our Powai temple, in his unique style presented his prayer on behalf of all the youths at the lotus feet of P.P.Swamiji to make the life of every youth as He, P.P.Swamiji Himself, really likes and expects from all.

Saint leader P.Tyagvallabhswami, who specially came from Haridham for this occasion, had performed his sevabhakti of conducting the entire Convention masterly and most successfully.

We present here below, a few nectar drops from the flow of P.P.Swamiji’s divine speech, which had satisfied every youth.

He said,

  • To be really happy in the life, every youth must have self discipline.
  • Only the religious, spiritual and rightly guiding original movies should be seen and absolutely not to watch movies which mislead/misguide or spoil our eyes, ears and tongue and mind and intellect. Thousands of youths, even in foreign countries, who regularly attends weekly youth sabha, have totally stopped watching movies today. At least those, who wants study well, must never see a movie.
  • Only those who serve proper food to their senses like eyes, ears and the tongue, will be able to study well and will be able become good Doctors, C.A., Engineers or big officers. Their parents will be fully and really satisfied and contended and for this, proper study is a must for securing the requirement of 70 % marks.
  • The real friendliness with the selfless/holy saints like P.Bhaktipriyaswami and P.Haripriyaswami is a must to be able to control and to make positive our senses like eyes, ears and tongue. He also appreciated their honesty, nobility, simplicity, their selfless love and their constant desire to work and sacrifice always for others and advised to make them the real friends.
  • Meat, eggs, tobacco and all its allied products not only spoil and harm our body but, aggravate and make our mind angry which brings very serious and irreparable loss in our social life and very painful results in our spiritual life too. So, every youth must vow to leave such an addiction at once forever in his life.
  • In the family everybody should call-address others, younger of older, with the word “Tame” and not “Tu”. The families in which, this habit is followed and people talk with due respect to each -others, the energy of tongue is not wasted and blessed that 80% to 90% marks for students will be surely secured.
  • The God will give 80% marks to those who work hard, stop watching movies and keep good friendships.
  • Advised the youths to keep Shivaji, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and the cricketer Ranjitsigh as their ideals in the life and to serve the family, the society and the nation by giving an example of life of India’s PM Shri Narendra Modi.

The sole, only and the clear desire of making the youths happy in their life was prominently observed and felt in the speech of P.P.Swamishree.
