Career Guidance Workshop for HSC Students - 2015 : Bhandup, Mumbai
A program on “Career Guidance Workshop for HSC Students” for the guidance of students from Mulund-Bhandup areas who appeared for the examinations of 12th Std for their further studies was organized by Atmiya Youth Group (Bhandup, Mumbai) of Yogi Divine Society in Sardar Tara Singh Hall, Bhandup in Ghanshyam Pradesh (Mumbai) between 5.00 pm & 7.00 pm on Wednesday, the 3rd June 2015 in which, around 280 boys and 50 girls participated to get very useful and valuable guidance for their future studies.
The guest Sri Johni Singh (the son of MLA Sri Sardar Tara Singh) also specially remained present at this meeting to encourage the youths.
To start the proceedings of the workshop Sri Avnish Singh (Science Teacher- SMPR School) welcomed in the beginning, all the students of 12th std present there with his good wishes for their success in 12th std.
This was followed by a Powerpoint presentation program through which, Sri Amit Singh (M.Sc. Maths), a professor from Ghatkopar’s Ramniranjan Zunzunwala College, showed, explained and guided the students of 12th std as to which subjects and which faculty they should select out of Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Engg, Diploma and vocational courses and what skills are required as eligibility for the same and satisfactorily replied to all the questions from the audience.
In the end, the youth leader of Atmiya Youth Group, Bhandup Sri Manishbhai Shah gave a review and the outcome of today’s workshop and thanked our atmiya kinsman Sri Johni Singh for coming to the program. All the participant students were very much impressed and happy to receive very useful, important and valuable guidance about their further studies.
