Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada, Vadodara periodically/regularly arranges various workshops for development of soft skills in candidates at different places. One such workshop was arranged in association with Jay Charities (Mumbai) at Atmiya Welfare & Cultural Center, Kandivali (East), Mumbai on Sunday, the 31st January 2016 in which, around 60 boys and girls had participated.

In the present day time of strong competition in the field of building career, even a few clever candidates are not selected in interviews due to their inability to perform well/as expected in the interviews for which, sometimes, their inability to properly write C.V. also becomes responsible. Keeping this fact before the eyes, Yogi Divine Society had arranged this workshop.

In the beginning of the workshop, Shri Krishnabhai Majithiya, (Director - Market Risk Management, Asia Pacific Region, City Bank) had guide and explained to all the participants as to how to write C.V. and how to face the interviews.

Then, Shri Buddhaditya (Rishi) Dasgupta Sir (Manager – H.R. Operations – Pfizer Co.) explained to the youths, through the medium of a presentation, that, while writing C.R., it should be done in such a way that, even the interviewer also, from his own point of view should understand your intelligence and talent. He also explained as to what actually C.V. is and what/how should be its constitution and also talked on how to use professional Web Sites like Linked In, Glass Door, Monster.com, Naukri.com. for their careers and also guided as to how to write C.V. to increase the possibilities for being shortlisted for jobs and after finishing the speech, he had satisfied every youth for his questions.

Shri Kamleshbhai Dixit (Management Consultant - Technology, Media & Telecom Dept., Deloitte) had explained from his own experience of professional career as to what role does a good C.V. play for a good career.

At the end of the seminar, Shri Nishkambhai had, on behalf of Yogi Divine Society, honored Shri Dasgupta Sir for coming to the seminar for giving his most important and valuable speech on the subject.

Thus, all the participants had got a very nice guidance for writing a good C.V. and about its importance in one’s career.
