Atmiya Youth Shibir - 2017, Junagadh

With the grace and inspiration from Pragat Guruhari P.P. Hariprasadswamiji, a youth shibir was organized by Yogi Divine Society on the subject “Then only, the youth becomes a real success” on Sunday, the 9th April 2017 in the Auditorium Hall of Krishi University at Junagadh in the presence of regional saint P. Suyogjivanswami in which, around 650 youths from Junagadh and its surrounding villages like Dhoraji, Keshod, Manavadar, Veraval etc. had remained present and got the guidance for keeping away from addictions and bad companies and to develop a positive approach in the life through dialogue (drama) and video presentation.

In the beginning, a lamp was lit jointly by the regional saint P. Suyogjivanswami and P. Sarvatitswami from Yogidham, Rajkot as well as Sri Mohanbhai Patodiya, Sri Sanjaybhai Koradiya (Ex city pres., BJP), Sri Mehulbhai Dave (Chief Sec., Youth BJP), Sri Shaileshbhai Dave (Corp.), Sri P.V. Patel Sir (Dir., Student Welfare, Junagadh Krishi Un.), Dr. N.K. Goriya Sir (Pr., Junagadh Krishi Un.) the renowned personalities from Junagadh to present their atmiyata to start the shibir.

While addressing youths on this occasion, Sri P.V. Patel Sir had explained the need of discipline and hard work in the life. While highly praising the campaign of awakening the youths by Yogi Divine Society, Sri Sanjaybhai Koradiya had said in his address that, Swamishree Has transformed the life of many youths by such activities of developing right/proper culture in them and, the result/fruits of this today’s shibir here, will be seen/enjoyed by the society in the time to come. The leader of youths Sri Mehulbhai Dave had had expressed his well wishes for all the youths present there for being able to proceed on the path of success by living their life with high ambitions, goals and ideals.

Through the audio video presentation, the youths of Junagadh had appreciably presented 5 different subjects (1) Need of a guide in the life (2) Need of good company (3) The control on senses and observance of self- discipline (4) The benefits of being atmiya with each other and (5) Living life with indomitable faith on almighty God. The fact that, how strongly the media like What’s app, Facebook, Twitter etc. has caught the present day youths in their clutches was also very nicely presented through a dialogue and also the inspirational thoughts/ideas were expressed/presented from the stage for how to save ourselves from all these.

In the middle of the dialogue, P. Sarvatitswami, who came from Yogidham Gurukul, Rajkot had, from different angles and with the help of many related examples, supported the fact that, good company is a must in the life while, P. Anandsagarswami, staying at Atmiya Vidya Dham, Bakrol and guiding/inspiring the youths of Anand-Vidyanagar, had advised the youths to give up the addictions and bad company in the life and to live with each other with real atmiyata.

While praising and congratulating the youths present there in such a big number, P. Suyogjivanswami said in the end of the shibir that, “Today, when people don’t have time, you all have spared your time to come and attend this shibir for your own self- progress/development which really is a big thing in itself and advised them all to take home/carry along, at least one sentence/point from all the speeches and to try to live accordingly in the life.

All the youths took meals at the close of the shibir together and proceed to their destinations.
