Volunteer's Shibir - 2016, Rajkot
The dedicated volunteers of any service institution are the real carriers its activities right up to the people of all levels in the society and for this, they need to be appropriately trained from time to time and hence only, Yogi Divine Society had organized a shibir for its volunteers from Rajkot and Jamnagar regions in “Yogidham”, Rajkot on Tuesday, the 13th December 2016 in which, P. Sarvamangalswami had trained nearly 700 volunteers on how to do social service activities in still a better way.
While speaking, P. Sarvamangalswami had explained how to behave while doing services during different situations and informed as to what type of qualities does the president of Yogi Divine Society P.P. Hariprasadswamiji is expecting from the volunteers and what is His conception behind these services. He had appealed all the volunteers to keep before their eyes, the life of social reformers like Lord Sri Ram, Lord Shree Swaminarayan, Lord Sri Krishna and such other people while doing service activities rightly. He said that, our institution installs good moral culture in the youths and teaches them to serve their families, society and the nation with devotion, through various sanskar centers conducted by it and, also as to how we should popularize/spread the news/messages about these centers in the society, we are since devoted to social services, our thoughts, speeches/talks and behavior must be right and, right from our dress, we have to be very careful about so many things in our life.
Speaking next, the manager of Yogidham Gurukul P. Tyagvallabhswami said that, having totally lost their discretion, youths, nowadays, are blindly imitating addictions, fashions and bad companies and have put, not only their own future on stake but, have done so for their family, society and entire nation too. They all need to be shown real path of their life and, as said by P. Sarvamangalswami, as a volunteer of this institution, it is our prime and sacred duty to be an instrument in this service.
Thus, all the volunteers had got valuable material and guidance with right inspiration from this shibir.
