World AIDS Day - 2016, Keshod
On account of the World AIDS Day, the 1st December, to spread the awareness about AIDS in the society, Yogi Divine Society had organized a seminar on Tuesday, the 13th Dec 2016 in the hall situated in Keshod in which, around 70 gents and ladies from different area of Keshod had participated.
World Health Organization is celebrating 1st December as the “World AIDS Day” in the entire world every year. Yogi Divine Society is making all the possible efforts to bring an awareness about the disease of AIDS at different levels of the society and as a part of this activity, it had organized a program of presentation in the hall situated opposite Keshod bus station.
In this program, the institution’s volunteer Sri Ujjwalbhai Vachhani had, with the help of presentation, provided information about like how the H.I.V. virus spreads in human body and how does it gradually gets converted into AIDS and its deadliness and also what precautionary steps should be taken to be secure from it and by disproving with the help of scientific/medical facts, the wrong information advertised by media like face-book, what’s app etc.in the society about AIDS, he advised the participants to keep away from spreading such beliefs. When the patients of AIDS are avoided by people in our society, they tend to commit suicide but, instead of that, if we support them and show sympathy towards them.
