Yogi Divine Society had got urgently prepared 5,000 food packets with ganthiya-sukhadi at its institution Atmiya Vidya Dham at Bakrol, Anand and immediately delivered to the Dist. Collector, Anand for distribution, through their disaster management cell, among the victims of recent floods in many parts of Gujarat due to very heavy rains.

Believing in, following and materializing in their life the motto, “Service to mankind is a service to God Himself”, the saints and the workers of Yogi Divine Society are always in the front line of selfless social services and, as an example of this, it had prepare and supplied to the flood affected people of recent floods in North & Central Gujarat, thousands of food packets.

As per the instructions from P. Guruprasadswami, P. Anandsagarswami and Sri Viththaldas Patel (Secretary, Yogi Divine Society) and under the guidance of workers Sri Vinitbhai, Sri Sharadbhai, Sri Pravinbhai and Sri Vimalbhai at Atmiya Vidya Dham, nearly 100 youths had engaged themselves in preparing 5000 food packets with ganthia-sukhadi. Even the students staying in Harisaurabh Hostel also helped in this work.

All these packets were immediately handed over to the collector of Anand Dist. for sending to the disaster management cells working under his guidance.
