A 1 and a 1/2 day youth convention was organized during 19th and 20th July 2014 at “New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center” NJ, in the presence of P.P. Swamiji. The saints and the youth workers had provided very good guidance during the convention. P.P. Swamiji also had sent His blessings for all. The youths had also presented a cultural program. Around 1000 youths took advantage of this convention.

After taking light refreshment in the evening, in the 2nd session of the shibir, all the youths joined the dashing move of bhajans (devotional songs). This was followed by speeches by 6 youth workers who described with examples of their own life incidents as to how they all had succeeded in overcoming safely the difficult situations in their life with the help, guidance and the moral support of Guruhari P.P.Swamiji’s and selfless real love, backing and the encouragement every time from Him. All of them had become emotional while recalling all these efforts made for them by P.P.Swamiji. All these incidents proved to be like blessings for all the youths there.

In the middle of the session, every youth prayed before P.P. Swamiji for His blessings and receive a memory gift from Him.

In the end of the session, P. Sarvamangalswami described/analysed the defects/dangers and the adversity of social media and its resulting effects on the life of youths. He also narrated the real life incidents of many youths who have now started living a pure, sacred, pleasant and happy life with good and totally positive thoughts after having come in contact with P.P. Swamiji but, who were living their life on totally a wrong and mislead/misguided danger paths before that.
