Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada had organized an sabha of youths on Thursday, the 21st Jan 2016 at Atmiya Vidya Dham, Bakrol, Anand under their regular program of awakening the youths to inform them the real secret behind celebrating the festival of “Uttarayan”, flying kites, and so that they can also enjoy a drama prepared by the youths only on the said subject and also the speeches by the saints in which, around 350 youths-friends had participated.

In the beginning of the sabha, the host, Shri Sharadbhai had talked of as to how this festival is being celebrated in Gujarat. Then, with the help of a drama, performed by the youth students staying in the Hostel of Atmiya Vidy Dham and studying in surrounding institutions, had presented the scientific and spiritual importance of this festival and had explained, giving the examples of a kite, the thread and a reel of thread, as to how to make an upward progress instead of downward by getting trapped in the worldly illusion and, at the same time, they had also shown in this drama as to how this festival is being celebrate in the different states of our country like, it is celebrated as the Sankranti in Karnataka, as Pongal in Tmilnadu, as Lohari in Panjab, as Bhogi Bihu in Asam and as Khichari in U.P. They also informed that, as the festival of Uttarayan gives a message of forgiving the mistakes of others, Guruhari P.P. Hariprasadswamiji also, always teaches us to neglect/overlook/forgive and forget the errors/mistakes of others/opponents and to accept them with real Atmiyata.

Then, while narrating the story of a drastic change brought about in his own life, a sahishnu youth Shri Pushkarbhai who came from U.S.A., said that, during his youth, instead of doing studies, he had to look after his father’s store there but, P.P. Swamiji inspired him to do studies as well, side by side, as a result of which, today he has done his Ph.D. while, as a result of an open hearted friendliness with an ideal life living person like Shri Kishanji, he could learn 3 most valuable things in his life like, always keeping eyes, ears and tongue positive, to daily do a sincere prayer and to go to Youth Culture Centers regularly as a result of which, he could achieve success in his life in both the fields, the education and the career.

Then, while speaking, P. Anandsagarswami had explained the uniqueness of a company of good people and advising the youths to always respect and to give due respect to parents and the teachers/the guru and to do their studies most sincerely for building appropriate career in the life. He said that, for achieving a targeted goal in the life, along with academic education, even the good moral-bound cultures with human values like honesty, time discipline, discretion, politeness are also equally required. And, for this, he said that, we have got to develop the relations with good friends and the good guides.

Thus, while knowing the real importance, necessity and value of real company in the life, around 350 youths also knew about the real secret behind celebrating the festival of Uttarayan in this sabha.
