Youth Assembly - 2017, AVD, Bakrol
Yogi Divine Society had organized a youth gathering in Atmiya Vidya Dham at Bakrol in the presence of P.P. Hariprasadswamiji in which, around 1500 youths from Anand, Vidyanagar and their surrounding villages had remained present to take advantage of P.P. Swamiji’s darshans and divine speech.
In the beginning, the students from Yogi Saurabh Hostel had presented bhajans-prayers followed by a speech by P. Guruprasadswami who said that, the real happiness is not given only by power/post, wealth or success but, it comes from discipline and real discretion in the life and for which, a real friendliness with real/good friends and the saints is a must. The big educational institutions can give education for success but, for the permanent happiness, pleasure and long lasting peace in the life, the company of real/good friends is necessary.
While addressing the youths in His divine speech, P.P. Hariprasadswamiji said that, the real success of life is not only in the power or wealth but, the real and proper use of all our 5 organs is also equally necessary for which, the blessings from/by the real saints is a must. Describing the soil of Gujarat as the most luckiest, He said that, all the 5 incarnations took birth in Bihar but, they all came here and worked and, we all are also since living on the same soil, there is no one else as fortunate enough as us. He further said that, the root of disparity observed among people in the society is due to evils like obstinacy, reverence, envy, passion, anger and greed attached to their nature and, to get rid of all of them, He said that, we must develop and maintain harmony, friendliness and unity among ourselves. If the actions of our eyes, ears and tongue are pure and positive and if we have the friendliness with good and real saints, he said that, our life will be self-disciplined as a result of which, we will feel and enjoy the tension free life with good thoughts and experience the real love.
At the end of the meeting, all the youths took refreshments and dispersed.
