The day of 29th September is being observed/celebrated as “World Heart Day” every year since 2000 in the entire world. On account of this, in order to develop, increase and spread the awareness among the people in the entire society about this, Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada, Vadodara had organized an open seminar in Dr. K.S. Thakar Kanyashala, Varachha in Surat on Wednesday, the 30th Sept 2015 at 8:00 pm in the evening in which, around 550 gents had participated and had received the knowledge about the heart attack and the connected diseases while also knowing about how to prevent them and what precautions to take in this regard.

While discussing in this seminar as to how does the heart attack occur, the specialist in heart diseases Dr. Rajdip Sir from Sunshine Global Hospital, Piplod had also provided the useful guidance and information as to how can we prevent it. Quoting the report of World Health Organization (WHO) he said that, by the year 2020, the patients of heart diseases will be the maximum in India due to their improper eating styles/habits/foods and tension-full life. In order to successfully face/treat/cure the heart diseases, he said that, we should take nutritious and easily digestible meals/foods and live a totally tension-free life while giving equal importance to light exercises like walking, pranayams and yogasans.

This was followed by a program of questions answers during which, Dr. Rajdip Sir, while answering the questions from the audience, had also removed their misunderstandings in the matter and had provided to them the real facts based on the scientific evidences. At the end of the seminar, the audience had resolved to live now onwards, a proper lifestyle to save themselves from the heart diseases.

Before this program, the volunteers of Yogi Divine Society had visited every house/shops/corners of entire Varachha and had informed everybody about this program and had invited them to take the best and the maximum advantage of the same and also informed about the “World Heart Day”.

At the end of the seminar, Yogi Divine Society had distributed passes to the eligible and deserving persons, the passes for the examination of heart diseases at concessional rates at Sunshine Global Hospital, as arranged by it with them.
