Service unto Humanity is Service unto God !

Awakening Youth Camp - 2014, Mississauga (First Session)

On Date: 23 August 2014

To begin with, the Geetanjali Music Mandal flew a series of Dhun-Kirtan-Bhajans and made everybody node as per their rhythm followed by lighting of a lamp by the ideal youths.

Then, P.P. Swamiji’s secretary P. Ashokbhai, in his address said, by giving relevant real examples of life of such youth, that, P.P. Swamiji Has made every youth living a pure and positive life by taking personal interest in his life. By talking of P.P. Swamiji’s blessings that, from the hearts and the life of those who participate in the youth activities of P.P. Swamiji, the pleasure and enthusiasm will never diminish till their death and guided the youths to dedicate themselves towards youth activities. He said, as more and more shall we participate, shall accept the nature and the attitudes of youths, the more and more we will be able to get relieved from the clutches of our Hath, Man and Irshya and attachments and thus, he prompted the youths for youth activities.

This was followed by a most valuable speech by P.P. Swamiji during which, He said that, if we have a notion of exhibiting ourselves, our tendency of expressing/exhibiting false show, pretendence and ego will go on increasing in our life. Narrating the life of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel nicely, He described his nobility. He said, the real energy of youths is wasted only due to Hath, Man and Irshya for removing which from our life, He said, the friendliness with good friends and the real saints is inevitable. The saints guide us to make our eyes, ears and tongues disciplined. He called upon every youth to make his life successful by establishing friendliness with real saints.

Then while speaking on the subject like “The benefits of good friendships”, sahishnu sevak Sri Purnambhai said, “His life, whose friends are good, is really a success”. While leading us on a correct path of our life, he also helps us in preserving our pleasure and happiness in our life. Though we all are bound to face in our life, the difficulties at some point of time, but then, only a single thought that P.P. Swamiji is behind me and He will never allow me to suffer, will give/provide us the courage.

After this, Sri Kartikbhai Padshala talked of the positive and good changes that took place in his life due to his contacts with other members/workers of Yogi Divine Society. Sri Krunalbhai Malavia also described benefits noted/experienced by him in his life due to his friendliness with the ideal youths of Yogi Divine Society.

At the end of the 1st session of the sabha, the smart/clever students who are doing their masters’ degree and are the members of the mandal, jointly garlanded P.P. Swamiji.
