Career Counselling Seminar - 2015 : Vadodara

On Date: 06 June 2015

In order to guide the students about various optional courses available to them after their standards of 10th and 12th, a counseling seminar was organized at Manjalpur in Vadodara between 9.00 pm & 10.30 pm on Saturday, the 6th June 2015 by Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada.

The Dy. Exc. Engineer of M.S. University Sri Parmar Sir, who is also a renowned educationist and a career counsellor and, with whose guidance for further higher studies, the thousands of his students have nicely settled financially in life today, provided very valuable information about presently available career oriented courses in his speech. For the students of Std 10th & 12th, he said that, whichever faculty out of Arts, Commerce and Science you may choose, if you can secure higher percentages of marks, then, the doors of a good career are always open for you and he also said that, after Std 10th & 12th, the education is of quality as, only a last few years of study are left. While alerting students against the disadvantages of use of Smart Phone, he said that, it is a slow poison as it consumes at least 60 to 70 most precious hours per annum which can be profitably utilized in revision of studies because, a constant fall of water, even drop by drop, can fill a lake and similarly it can also empty the same, and advised to save time for beneficial/advantageous uses and while talking about effect of mind on brain and while advising parents to give/provide enough love and support, he asked them to be equally choosy/careful while putting/sending them in colleges as they were at the time of putting/sending them to primary of pre-primary schools.

Then, he also informed that, a lot of various faculties are available at present at a number of colleges in Vadodara. The Govt. of Gujarat has since made the education free for girls, he advised/asked/welcomed the girls present there to go for further higher studies. At the end of the seminar, he answered to all the questions from the students and gave them the appropriate and satisfactory solutions to each of their questions confusing them about further studies. Thus, he gave valuable guidance to youths present there about how to stand/face progress in the life in today’s competitive society.

In the end, the regional saint leader P. Suchetanswami supported Sri Parmar Sir’s talks and said that, P.P. Swamiji also, in His addresses, expects all of us to control and properly use in positive way all our senses and give them the real, proper and positive food and guides youths to get/acquire mastery in all present subjects of their choice.

In this seminar, the elderly leaders like Sri Dhirubhai Raithaththa, Sri Maheshbhai Soni, Sri Bharatbhai and other workers of the mandal were also present. Around 150 boys and girls were present in this seminar to take the best advantage of it.
